In May 2022, the ICEF Africa in partnership with PSG Academy, officially opened its doors to celebrate the final phases of the PSG Academy Championship, and the inauguration of the sports complex.

After 4 months of competition between the top talented teams of Senegal, Ravy Truchot, founder of Strive Football Group and Nadia Benmokhtar, Head of Brand Development for Paris Saint-Germain Academy, distributed the individual and collective prizes to the top teams.

Later in the day, guests of honor were present to hear speeches from Mr. Truchot, Mrs. Benmokhtar, and the Directors of PSG Academy Senegal. All affirmed their ambitions to grow the ICEF Africa, and to create even more opportunities for talented football players around the world.

Amongst the guests was Senegalese international striker Abdallah Sima, a professional player who enjoyed success with Strive Football Group. Other remarkable guests were two-time African Champion coach Herve Renard and Strive partners professional football club Slavia Prague.

Guests were able to visit and come close to the brand new, state-of-the-art facilities built at the ICEF Africa in Saly. By aligning high-quality infrastructure with expert coaches, the ICEF Africa looks to being an international model for success in bringing youth players to their highest level.
